First off, they charge a $75 pet fee. So please be aware of this before bringing your 4 legged family member. We called ahead and spoke to someone at the hotel and we asked about bringing our dog and asked about a fee and the individual adv there would not be one. We explained this to the front desk agent but they did not honor this. Hotel room was okay, basic room. The TV remote did not turn the tv on or control volume, which was annoying. Lastly, the breakfast was mediocre and crowded. Only about about 7 tables in the breakfast nook.

The staff was friendly and the stay was very nice from the rooms to the breakfast and the little extra touches at the hotel were great.even the house keepers were friendly and helpful and smile goes along way after traveling all day.Will definitely stay here next time we're in town.

The staff was really good and you could tell the rooms had been recently upgraded. They were painting the outside of the building while I was there. My two challenges were about the TV remote and hot water. The TV might have been a smart TV but it was hard to operate and I could not get hot water. Otherwise a good experience.

Disappointed

My sister and I were in a section of the hotel that had dogs in rooms. We are ourselves pet owners, so we have no problem with animals. but the room nest to us had a big dog that often barked, even during the night and early morning. We informed the front desk three times, but nothing was done about the issue.We were also disappointed with the very limited breakfast offerings compared to the past. We stayed here three years ago and had a very pleasant stay, but we will most probably not stay at this Hampton Inn again.
