Compare Family Hotels in Bon Air

It was clean and quiet just like another one we stayed at in another state. Standardized quality is what I'm getting at, if that is true for all locations then I will for sure consider Tru and other Hilton properties in the future.

Best shower, bed and hvac of our four hotel journey. Very comfortable one-night experience. We'll return.

At the arrival we couldn’t find any parking spot at the Hotel. So we had to drive around and wait until someone left and we were able to park the car to start the check in process. Staff is friendly! The room wasn’t spotless clean but it was ok for 2 nights however the beds were very small ( twin size) . All in all we enjoyed staying at Berkeley hotel in Richmond VA. Hope we’ll have the chance to come back again!

The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful Nd friendly. Breakfast could use some upgrading.

The only thing we were unhappy with was the pool. It was very dirty and we could not use it.

The staff’s was nice very clean smells good I would revisit i enjoyed my stay
