Compare Luxury Hotels in Bon Air

I stayed at this hotel before but it was many years ago. Not much has changed. It’s conveniently located to most things that you would want to do or see in Richmond. The only complaint that I had during this particular stay was that someone left their dog in the room unattended and it barked all evening during our first night. Apparently there were others that stayed in the same floor with the same complaint. The dog was obviously in distress and I’m certain that it probably clawed and damaged the back of the door trying to get out. The hotel is dog friendly and we appreciate that but it was disruptive to those that were trying to sleep. Otherwise, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Excellent overnight stay. Check in was easy. Property and room were very clean. Renovations were going on but you wouldnt know it. The workers were quiet

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was fantastic, especially Dee in the complimentary kitchen area. The location could not have been better. The rooms were spotless and the housekeepers were personable and very helpful. It might not have been the ritziest but personalities and cleanliness more than made the difference. I would come back to this hotel again and again.

They are pet friendly and we really like this.

Front desk was amazing and the rooms were clean

We discovetedcthis hotel chain on Arizona and susequently sought out the Drury Plaza in Richmond. It did not disappoint. Will definitely use Drury whenever we can in our travels.
