Dining staff was great and hotel was great as well, hotel staff communication is a bit off and limited but overall wasn’t a terrible experience besides being charged $350 for no reason to a fault of our own.

Shower head, broken, ceiling, fans inop, toilets backed up, Clean up, very poor after sewage back up. The commode was not cleaned and the bathroom smell like waste. no service in the rooms had to go to the front desk to get towels and amenities. Stayed five days. This is a shame.
