Stayed 3 nights, Room was nice, but at no time did maid service come to clean room or bring towels. In order to get towels had to call front desk after I come in at night and they would send someone with towels. I normally would not fill this out, but it is ridiculous not to have house keeping clean your room and bring fresh towels.
