Rooms are in slight disrepair and could use some TLC, but the place is clean and comfortable. I was concerned about Satanic Temple flyers in lobby on the flyer rack for local attractions. I did bring it to the attention of staff and management. Hope necessary changes are made here. The location was convenient for exploring Boston as a tourist. Parking has a fee, but it is reasonably priced. Unfortunately housekeeping missed our room the one night that we needed it. This is always disappointing after being out all day.

Decent hotel. Pricey for anywhere other than Boston. $320 for a basic Holiday Inn seems crazy but it was the best price we could find for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was good quality. Feel like it should have been included in the price of the room.

Staff and cleanliness was great. No instructions for the toom amenities in the room, and the QR code in the room just tells you a few things. No channel list. It was pretty expensive for a Saturday in Somerville. I get that it is outside of Boston, but it isn't anything special or even the best location in terms of convenience or esthetics.
