I've stayed here numerous times over the years and this may be the worst experience. My husband woke up with bug bites on his hands and then when we requested to switch rooms there was some vagrant already in there. When I went to report the manager casually said, " oh, its probably local teens that snuck in again". Which further tells me that this is a reoccurring situation and that is unacceptable.No police were called just telling unaccounted for individuals to leave the premises.

Carrie at the front desk was amazing when checking us in. I believe a good start to the stay is the tone that is set when checking in. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was amazing. I have back issues and it was the most restful sleep I’ve had in forever. The breakfast was delicious. Wonderful options for a gluten free diet when traveling. The fitness room was nice and clean.

It’s an ok place to stay. Very good for the price. Atrium area can get loud and crowded, but it closes at an appropriate time so it didn’t bother us. There are plenty of things to do in the hotel and it’s fun. Bar was nice and reasonably priced. The plugs in the room were terrible. Half of them didn’t work. And the beds are TINY. I’m not sure what I expected a “double” bed to be, but I was thinking closer to a full or queen size. These were not much wider than a twin. Expecting two people who are not children to share that size bed is insane.
