Making suggestions for Future Guests!

Bummer - to find out when we arrived the Hot Tub was out of commission!! Down due to Major Cleaning of it and maybe, needing parts to get it back up & running. This should be Advertised on-line, at least. The room needed to be dusted better! Like the bed headboard and the light fixtures. Plus, one light bulb was not working over desk table. Tried to be proactive by asking the Front Desk for a New light bulb… none was available On Site. Otherwise, staff tried to make an effort to check. May, I suggested an ‘extra’ blanket be offered at front desk when you check in! Even if using A/C during the Summer months.

Tge bed was comfortable and the new carpet in the room was nice. The remote didn't work well. The ourlet in the bathroom was really loose. The perimeter of the bathroom floor was dirty and the vent in the bathroom had large dustbunny pieces in it. I am hoping that they didn't pay a professional to do their painting. There was paint on the ceilings, curtains, pictures and basically everything in the bathroom along with the painters tape that was left and was painted over

We had 2 rooms due to the size of our family. On the sexond room the door latch was busted and we ended up locked out of our room. We were offered a new room, but got charged again for yet an additional room. The staff couldnt seem to figure out which way they wanted to go to try tonsolve the issue either. Would not recommend.

3/19/25 POOL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION! If you have kids or enjoy the pool area, I recommend calling ahead of time to ask if it will be open. My family and me were looking forward to the pool/hot tub after a very long road trip to Little Falls. We got there and immediately was told it was closed until later that week. My daughter was extreamly upset about this of course! The business clearly knew this ahead of time and we were not notified in any way shape or form but they advertise the pool and hot tub! I wish we knew ahead of time so i could have cancled for a full refund and went to another hotel with a open pool area. I will not make that mistake ever again no matter what hotel i go to. We have stayed before and it was worth the price ide say. This time not so much. They are renovating so we will see how the finished product looks. (*Owners* Please have better attention to the small details while you can) Secondly, the breakfast was gross to be honest... Hard bagles that might have just be old, the cream cheese looked like it was previously frozen and dethawed it was like crumbley not creamy, the eggs and waffle mix were gone by 9am and didnt get replenished between then and when we checked out at 1030am. We come to Little Falls often and would like to see some improvements. Thank you.

I had to ask for a different room, the initial one they gave me the room was not vacuumed and there was hair and lint on/in the beds which made me question if the sheets were even clean. The second room was better, however, they need a thorough vacuum (in the corners of the room not just main walking areas). Really unfortunate because this could be a nice place to stay if they kicked it up a notch or two! To add a positive note, the staff was pleasant.

our room was terribly dirty. The hot tub was not in working order and when we asked it was heating up. Even the next day it was still broken. The pool was okay, kind of dirty in there too. My daughter had to crawl over rolls of old carpet to get a towel.

Hot tub was not running and it was just filthy. It was not what I expected. Especially when I booked this hotel because of the hot tub. The pool wasn’t the greatest. The breakfast wasn’t what I expected. No milk for cereal and just waffles.

We had the most wonderful experience at the hotel. I’m very upset with Hotels.com when I called to reserve this room it showed $120. I was transferred to someone to reserve this room because it was the same day and they told me no they could not get the room at that rate. it was $166 when we checked in we were told we should’ve called them direct because the price was less than $120 this with the mixup that they had putting us in a totally different city on the same or on a reservation for the same day, I will not use hotel.com again, and I will tell my story to all my friends so they don’t use you too

Our room was freezing, the t.v. didn’t work, the hot tub was just as cold as the pool. Mostly our room was gross. Hair everywhere, nothing looked like it was even wiped down. It looked like they didn’t vacuum much either. Overall very disappointed for an AmericInn.
