Front desk issues

The front desk staff seemed untrained. Didn't know if they had room service or when the kitchen closed. They kept saying they were understaffed. Not sure why this was a reason they didn't know the kitchen and room service question? The bartender was really impressive. The rest of the staff was very polite and helpful

The hotel staff were not very helpful, we opted for the early check in , we kept getting delayed from original time we pre signed up for. We were charged a fee at checkout thet should not have applied because if only given room one hour before the original check in, staff said they couldn’t refund fee because it was out of their control

The property was “classic cabin” decor. My room toilet had a slow leak at the base. I put a towel down on the floor to prevent slipping, and when the room was cleaned the wet floor towel was left in the bathroom. There was a crack on the ceramic floor tile that I felt every time I walked on it because it was in the entryway. Breakfast was complimentary every morning, and it was just, “ok.” Workout facilities were nice and clean, but nothing to wipe down machines after use which I found surprising. There was a nice, friendly atmosphere from almost everyone, which is why they got 3 stars.

Such a nice, comfortable place to stay, has the feel of a lodge with the decor. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Free hot breakfast wh8ch was good. Hostess could have been a bit more welcoming. Basically she ignored me, but that was fine.

Welll worth the money ! Great family hotel!

Super roomy double queen suite with bathroom set between the beds for more privacy and 2 tvs. The waterpark kept little kids and teens busy for hours and the park outside was a bonus. The attached restraunt was very convenient as well. Front desk staff very helpful.
