The 1st time our room was meant to be cleaned it wasnt and we got left with 2 shower towels when there were 4 guests. There was mould/scum in the shower and bathroom sink. The floor was never swept there were crumbs everywhere. The bathroom bin bag was left in our kitchen on the floor. The only place to eat in the resort was closed from nov to april... which is ridiculous when you have guests. Apart from the reception staff no other staff says hello

Reception put us in the wrong room and not having been there before didn’t know what to expect until we asked them to ring for a taxi on leaving and found there was another guest with the same surname was given our room and the mobile no was different. I can’t believe that staff could be so incompetent!

Serene tropical property

We loved Oaks Cable beach. It’s a large property but it feels like you’ve been transported to a tropical oasis. Rooms are comfortable, modern & spacious - loved the sun loungers on the balcony. Pool area is fab & breakfast buffet was simple but with all the usual suspects - great value for money. Easy walk to cable beach, bars & dining & if you’re game, there’s a motorised scooter parking station right out front !!

Shower rail was broken when we arrived and touching the hand set made it fall off the wall. Booked for dinner No table available, only one staff member who was staffing the bar and taking meal orders and delivering food to the tables. All other amenities were great and the rooms were clean and comfortable with great air conditioning and a fan

Usually love the oaks but definitely starting to look tired. It was quite dirty. Hair in the shower and tooth paste stains on the vanity.
