The room did not reflect what was shown and suggested in images and description. They were redoing door locks and there was a problem getting us a functional key; we were not allowed 2 "because we do not have enough." When booking on hotels.com, it said that would be our final cost, but they added a $4.99 charge for booking though the site and not directly. The room key also stopped working the evening before we checked out and there was no one in the office (fortunately one of our party was still in the room). Additionally, the health inspection indicated cross contamination with the potable water, we could hear all the sounds from the surrounding rooms, the bathroom door did not close all the way, the luggage rack and hangers on the wall in the bathroom area did not seem safe for any kind of weight and there were several roaches. While I do not recall the listing saying there was breakfast or coffee provided it was from 6-9am. However the coffee was very weak and the breakfast was packaged mini chocolate donuts or mini blueberry muffins.

Was absolutely surprised to have a 2 burners and sink for cooking. The room had a big fridge and microwave. The room was clean and super cute. I definitely will be using this hotel for future stays when I’m in town. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was the best and super friendly.

Worse than sleeping in the car Absolutely a disgusting hotel. Cockroaches and bloody sheets. To top it all off the manager tried to charge me for the flimsy knock off keurig plastic coffee packet holder that was inconveniently missing along with any kind of blankets save for a bed cover about twice the thickness of a sheet and one quarter as longfrom the atrtacharge me $100 for the flimsythes flimsy coffee

They add a 4.99 “extra charge”. Stayed 3 times and each time they get you for 5.00. Scammy. Each time i made a reservation it wouldn’t allow me to pay on this app. Only at the hotel. And that’s why. They get an extra charge in there.

The pay now and pay at hotel amount were the same and since we only made the reservation 2 days in advance, I decided to just pay at the hotel. Big mistake. We show up, exhausted, and are told they will be charging more because we are paying at the hotel. More than 10% of the cost of the room. If I would have known that, I would have picked the slightly more expensive, but much nicer, hotel in the same complex. I am not happy about the last minute price increase. If we wouldn't have arrived so late, I would have canceled and found somewhere else to stay.
