Hotel was very clean. Front desk was welcoming and the hot chocolate chip cookies were an added touch. The hot breakfast was well worth it.

Room was quite nice as were the beds. The bathroom could have been cleaner plus the bathtub needs to be replaced. Water was also not draining when showering. Staircase needed to be cleaned plus room need a better vacuuming. Girl at check in very personable.

The room was ok. The bathroom definitely did not look clean. Staff was not so friendly. Laundry machines didn't work. I put clothes to wash and they came out soaking wet. I couldn't get them to dry. I asked for an extension on my checkout to finish drying my clothes but was denied a late checkout. Will definitely not go back.

The room was clean. The breakfast was average. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the tv did not work, the room phone did not work, the ice machine on our floor did not work and the hvac did not work right. We most likely would not stay again
