I did not stay there because we booked the room through you and not directly with them. We were not the only ones with this problem and I suggest you clear that up because you are losing confidence in your company.

Our flight in to Miami was early so understandably out rooms weren't ready, the front desk said they were almost done being cleaned. So we get into our room and it looks like nothing had been touched. There was trash and dirt all over the floor, there was hair and pube like hairs all over the bathroom and walls, random stains on the bed skirts along with splatters on the head boards.
