CitizenM was an entire vibe! Ambience and decor was amazing, wholesome breakfast and the most pleasant and helpful employees I've experienced in some time. Location was also perfecto! Would definitely come again

Affordable upgraded and clean.

This hotel is amazing no matter which room you stay in. If you have a chance to stay in a Waterview room, I recommend it. The views are unbeatable. The rooms are so spacious. The gym is unmatched for a hotel gym. The pool is large. The hotel feels secure because you actually need to use your key to go to the right floor.

Front desk double charged my credit card for room stay and extra $800 and had to wait until cleared at end of stay ! No apology or accommodation.

Everything was A+ from the moment we got there. The check-in was great. Vallet was great. The room was upgraded for free, great views and large room. Bed was very comfortable. Everyone who worked at the resort was very nice and friendly.
