This was just an overnight stay for us so i didn't get to experience everything. But the short time we were there was great. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were in town for The Bills baseball game and halfway thru the game we realized we left some of my husband's medical stuff in the freezer. I called them, they sent someone to look in our room, that we were checked out of already, and they were able to retrieve it for us and held it for us till we could get back to the hotel. Would def stay here again in the future.

This is a beautiful property and a very convenient location. The room was sparkling, clean with all the amenities in place and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very quiet in the nighttime hours so sleeping is not a problem. The hotel has a shuttle bus service that takes you within the downtown area so you can let valet park your car and not worry about driving yourself around! It’s an ideal place to stay if you want to experience some of Buffalo’s nightlife.

All of the front desk staff were very welcoming. Special recognition to Regina, the staff that checked us in. She was amazing. The hotel's interior and the rooms were exceptionally clean and fresh.The complimentary breakfast was a great touch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Large room

The room was giant! Normally if I book a room with two beds it's just the room and the beds but this was a living room, a small kitchen a huge bathroom and a bedroom! It was so roomy and cozy and clean, and I was a huge fan of the full sized refrigerator. My family and I went out to eat and we had a ton of left overs that wouldn't have fit in a mini cooler like hotel rooms normally have, this was fantastic

Staff told us to call for a ride from the shuttle and provided a number ….we called them and refused to pick us up said it was too busy area ……. If they told us they would not provide the service we would not stand out in cold for an hour very disappointed in lack of communication to their guests .
