Great place to stay in Buffalo

It was a large room, with a nice king size bed. I liked that it had a fridge and microwave. I also liked the location in the theater district, very convenient.

The room was next to the train, next to a road, and near the airport and there was nothing soundproofed, so it was loud for a lot of the evening. When I checked out, I was not asked a single question about our stay. Frankly, I felt completely dismissed. Normally this chain is really good, but our stay at this location is one that I will never do again.

I thought I booked a room with 2 queen beds and I was told that this property only has King beds plus a pullout couch. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was clean, staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and the room was clean.

The hotel was well located and included a good breakfast. The room was big and comfortable. I think the hotel may need some minor maintenance, as towel holding rail was broken. But just minor things. I didn’t liked the parking. There is none on the hotel and you have to go few blocks to park

Would stay there again. Suite was great, affordable and friendly staff. It was noisy at night but may be just the location. Breakfast was just okay but was fine. Could use a carpet update but it was clean and safe. Would recommend, especially if traveling with family the suite was perfect
