I live the Richardson. The architecture is amazing and so is the history. They have a museum with a video that tells about how it became a hotel. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel- little overpriced

Hotel is absolutely beautiful and I love the history of it. We booked a queen room and I felt it was a bit overpriced for how small it was. Staff were wonderful however

Rooms and hallways are incredibly spacious. Quiet on the weekdays, but seemed notably busier on Saturday night into Sunday. Definitely off the beaten path relative to Downtown Buffalo but still walkable, though a bit more challenging in the winter.

We showed up and our reservation was not in the system. The individual at the hotel was helpful, the individual working for Expedia was not helpful and made it out to feel like it was an inconvenience on our end. Not happy with Expedia based on this experience and how they treat customers when the error is theirs.
