They stuck us in a room next to the service elevator and we heard it all night long because the main elevator broke down. The room stunk of sewage. We spent two nights like that and had to move because it was so bad.

Not much to like. Heater in room didn't work properly. Elevator broke down and had to use stairs. Therecwas another one but had to hold close button just to get it to move. Very disappointing

Unfortunately, what was a very, very nice room probably one of the nicest on the strip turned out to be one of the worst stays due to the fact that the hotel desk doesn’t know how to handle problems like for instance no air conditioning/don’t do anything to compensate when you’ve been in the room for About 12 to 18 hours there was no air whatsoever,it happened to be a little bit warmer of a day, which made it very stuffy in there instead of handling the situation and doing anything to compensate their guest and take care of their guest. They said did nothing except a maintenance guy said that the maintenance guy had unhooked the water portion of the Hoses to the air conditionerb4 him,which is why we were getting no air,now to the point where I got so sick got a migraine,that I had to leave the room not wanting to complain and be a pain in the butt,left for a while enjoyed the day outside. The hallway was much cooler by 20-30° than our room was when we finally had enough and just couldn’t stand it any longer went down to the front desk they did nothing about it. The next day we asked for a late check out the woman at the hotel desk was the rudest person in a very long time I’ve dealt with,had such an attitude that I would never stay there again. I am so frustrated upset by treatmenthat this is how you handle your hotel guest! I’ve done customer service worked in a hotel business on a couple of occasions Marriott never would I act this way to anyone especially a guest…

Very basic hotel, very very rundown. Our air conditioning didn’t work and tech confirmed themselves they shouldn’t have given that room with that condition. Linen was torn , bathroom tiles had almost no grout; casino tables were not open and we had to go to another casino to play.

Staff friendly helpful from check in to people working at casino bars. Thank you to them …. Now down to business We booked a king courtyard view . We did get queen beds I don’t know why but there not queen size don’t think I will get courtyard again you open your curtain with no shears so your just looking into other peoples windows our room is in dire need of a remodel water pressure not great needs a major cleaning .maid service came except one day but never made the bed . A makeup mirror would be a great idea🤔. I’m really torn about if I would stay there again it was our first time in Laughlin .
