Staff didn't give good instructions to locate our room. We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs to find a elevator to get to the third floor and we are handicapped. You could hear everything and the place smelled of marijuana.

I paid Expedia for the room but at check in I had to pay a $50 “resort fee”. I had to leave a photo ID to use their luggage cart. No bellman. Ice bucket but no ice machine.Nice waitress said only well done prime rib was available (at 5 PM). I ordered an end cut with baked potato with sour cream and chives. There was an extra charge for the chives. The end cut had a thick crust that was unchewable. After cutting it off, the meat, even when soaked in au jus was dry, flavorless &. Difficult to chew. I gave up and left most of it. The service people including the dealer and except the reception staff, were nice and friendly. The casino & spacious room were clean. I will only stop there to use the restroom. The are fortunate that they are the only facility available for a hour plus of driving.

I wasn’t satisfied with the room. There was trash in the trash can, toothpaste on the mirror and a big dried spot of toothpaste on the counter. Just wasn’t cleaned well. So, as an owner and operator of my cleaning business, I always bring my sanitizer and cleaner. So I cleaned the room. Honestly I would have cleaned it anyways. I always do. There was no airflow in the room. Couldn’t open a window, the air conditioner would only pop on for a minute, no matter the setting and the fan in the bathroom was either broke or non-existent. I did appreciate not smelling cigarette smoke. I expected to smell it because of the casino. But it smelled fresh and clean! All and all it wasn’t bad and we will stay again. Staff was friendly, the comedy show we seen was cool. Make sure you bring some santizing wipes
