My wife’s asthma flared up because we could smell cigarette smoke like someone was next door or in our room. We were in the room probably 20 minutes maximum maybe but I will never book at this place again and as a carpenter I would say a complete renovation would be in order of this hotel to update it.

Our hotel room looked nothing like the images. The rooms AC was broken and we were drenched in sweat just trying to relax in our room. Very uncomfortable bed, no lights beside 3 lamps which was inconvenient.

ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCES I’VE EVER HAD. REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR WEBSITE. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL LAST MINUTE DURING THE G7 SEASON DUE TO LIMITED AVAILABILITY, AND UNFORTUNATELY, IT TURNED OUT TO BE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FROM THE MOMENT I ENTERED THE ELEVATOR, IT FELT MORE LIKE A PRISON THAN A HOTEL — IT SMELLED DUSTY, THE SPACE WAS EXTREMELY SMALL, AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS UNINVITING. THE CORRIDORS WERE EVEN WORSE — DARK, NARROW, AND DEPRESSING. THE ROOM WAS OUTDATED AND FAR FROM CLEAN. THE CHAIR WAS OLD, THE BATHROOM FIXTURES WERE YELLOWED, AND NOTHING LOOKED LIKE THE PHOTOS SHOWN ONLINE. I HAD PAID FOR TWO NIGHTS, BUT COULDN’T STAY LONGER THAN ONE. I COULDN’T SLEEP AND ENDED UP BOOKING ANOTHER HOTEL JUST TO GET REST. THE NEXT MORNING, I RETURNED ONLY TO CHECK OUT AND COLLECT MY $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE STAY. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND MANAGEMENT TO INVEST IN PROPER RENOVATIONS AND CLEANLINESS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY TRAVELER.
