As usual, I enjoy my stay here. minus the city life of the speeding cars and sirens and such. But hey, that's Down town Calgary at night for ya. But either way, staff was good and very friendly. The cleaning crew were very kind as well. Above all, I enjoy my stay once again and I cannot wait to be back there once again ^^

The balcony was the best part! Downtown Calgary looked absolutely stunning while I was looking outside on my balcony during the night of my stay. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Staff were very helpful and nice however we had to pack our luggage and change rooms twice (three different rooms) for a two night stay because hair was on the sheets, blankets and pillows. It's also an older facility but location was perfect and close to main attractions in downtown Calgary.

Horrible experience. The heater kept making noise all night, never got any sleep the 4 nights. Key cards never worked. Service was horrible they didn’t do anything to fix my issues. Take my advice and save your money
