We stayed at this wonderful hotel as a family of four, with two adults and two kids. The hotel exceeded our expectations, offering fantastic pool options, including two large slides that our kids absolutely loved, along with two relaxing jacuzzis. The service was exceptional—staff were always polite, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel also offers free on-site parking, which was very convenient. Located just 15 minutes from the airport, it’s also surrounded by numerous services and restaurants. A truly great experience for families!

We picked this hotel for a one-night staycation and had the best time! Our 6-year-old absolutely loved the pools. She’s not a fan of water slides, but the other pool options were fantastic with plenty of space to swim and play. The poolside cafe hit the spot when we needed a bite. Ramon and the rest of the pool staff were so friendly and attentive. We're sad to leave but already looking forward to coming back!

Could be better, pool is great.

Wifi and streaming on the tv did not work the entire time we stayed. I asked someone to fix it on Friday. Someone came to the room, tried to fix it for 20 min and said it was something he could not fix. It was never fixed. The toilet seat in the bathroom was cracked. Rooms were not sound proof. We could hear every person walking in the hallway and there was light coming through under the door. We could hear drilling above us during the day while our little one was trying to nap.

We went for the pool and waterslides, 2 adults and 2 kids. The slides and pool were a lot of fun and we were impressed by the set up of the whirlpools so you could watch the kids go down slides, and also liked the poolside food stand, but then our eyes and skin started burning and we broke out in rashes. The food was also not very good at the breakfast buffet and in the lounge. I think if they could fix those two issues, this place would be the best family fun place to be.
