Lots of homeless and addicts around the hotel, cleaning services are only on specific days a week and not daily. You have to go to the front desk to get an ice bucket and it’s too tiny to put wine or drinks in when you do get it. No pens or paper in room. Pink bacteria in shower grout and gum in carpet so my shoes kept sticking.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The toilet bowl surface is flaking, the bathtubs are peeling.While the staff are friendly and the rooms are generally clean, the outdated and broken facilities give the place an unkempt appearance and make it uncomfortable to stay in.

Overall the room was well maintained, very clean and rather comfortable. Bigger room as well than expected which was nice, it had a separate den which help with our baby. The only complaint I have is we ordered a crib or play pen for the baby to sleep and we received a play pen that just leaked of old cigarettes. No chance we would put the baby in that. Despite that we enjoyed our stay.

Always our go to hotel for quick overnight trips to Calgary. The area around the has everything you need and the kids love the pool. The free breakfast is such a bonus because the food is actually edible and tasty.

It was okay. Worth the price, as it was quite a bit cheaper than the other places I looked at. It was clean enough in the spots that mattered (bed, toilets, etc.), but the wall in the bathroom was dirty, corner and baseboards were gross in the bathroom. The bathroom is outdated, the rooms are dark, the pool is very small and the slide spits people out right into the middle. However, it was quiet, the beds were clean and very comfortable, the staff were lovely and breakfast was decent. Overall it was well worth the price compared to others.

Staff were great and helpful. It was great that breakfast was included and was well done, Most hotels offer muffins and coffee as breakfast so the eggs and toast and all the extras were a very pleasant surprise. The only negative was that the water was slow to drain after a shower but that was the only negative on this trip.
