It was nice it had a pool. Our room had pink sludge on the wall of the shower, shower head attachment was coming off the wall. Stains in the tub. Chips in the wall in our room. Poorly done repairs.

Our stay was a bit of a letdown despite the decent rooms, which were clean and comfortable enough for three of us. The real frustration came with housekeeping: for three nights, we only got two towels total, forcing us to trek down to the lobby each evening to beg for extras and haul them back up ourselves. They also never bothered refilling the coffee packs, so we were out of luck for that simple amenity. Breakfast was another low point—below average at best. No hot options unless you DIY waffles with the batter and machine they provided, and the breads were often hard and stale. It felt like cutting corners everywhere. Overall, the value for money was poor, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Save your budget for somewhere more attentive.

Booked online for 2 queens, checked in room had 1 queen and hide a bed would have been ok just myself and 2 kids took me 35min to get inferior hide a bed open as it was busted and terrible breakfast consisted of cereal and a waffle machine the breakfast area was tiny no where to sit just crabbed coffee and left

Pros - comfortable bed, convenient location next to Chinook Centre, good dining options in walkable distance, pet friendly. Cons - noisy, tired hotel in desperate need of updating, rips in lino, gashes in the drywall, door rotting away in the bathroom due to water damage, bathtub so dirty couldn't have a bath, A/C was glitchy Expensive relative to the condition of the hotel.
