great area and home

We had a great stay at this home. Home is clean and as described, the lanai area was fantastic and so enjoyable sitting out there watching tv and feeling the night breeze. home is situated close to all stores. communication and or concerns were promptly handled. Definitely starring this home for future stay.

Beautiful home located walking distance to park, restaurants and more.

The home was beautifully decorated and stocked with practical things in the kitchen, spices, coffee filters, etc. The pool was warm and great fun, especially with the basketball hoop. Would love to go back in the future.

Perfect location!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Camelot. The location we perfect with easy access to the Cape Harbour shops, the grocery store was minutes away. We enjoyed using the bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, and paddle boards. This house has it all. The only issue we ran into was the pool heater not working. The response was excellent to get it working, but we think a bigger issue was happening that was not on the heater unit itself. Our family would visit again!

The area was convenient for shopping .

The house had a nice set up with the master suite on one side and the 2 other bedrooms separate with a bathroom for them. The overall house was clean. The floors were shiny, but they were very, very dirty. One walk across them & your feet were very black. Swifter's cleaners should be thrown out & floors cleaned decently. They were 5 TV's in the house, 2 worked when we got there, one had cable & 1 had a firestick. after 3 trips to fix them. 2 more worked with but no local channels available as no antenna's. If you're going to have Firesticks or Roku's have an antenna with the TV. We specifically pay more when we book to have working TV's in each bedroom with cable. Toaster had 2 of the four slices working. Made for a long time making toast. We never did see the house manager. She sent her very young assistant

Decent place

Lots of amenities but there was an infestation of flies that we had to deal with with our own fly traps and sprays there was cockroaches and maggots all over the grill because it looks like it wasn't cleaned

Not quite what we expected given our VRBO experiences

The property was clean, nice pool, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood with nice park across the street, and a short walk to Cape Harbour. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but had a few hiccups along the way. I am one of first impressions and was disappointed walking up to a front door that was much in need of cleaning and paint. Also upon arrival the entrance instructions were inaccurate so we had to contact the management company. The view out the back, although nice, was not quite as pictured due to an aging boat in the boat lift which partially blocked the view of the canal. Our stay was over the New Year's weekend and surprisingly we discovered no ESPN so, no college football. Bummer. The pool was awesome although upon arrival, the water temp was 74 degrees so we had to again contact the management company who quickly responded and adjusted the temp. Nice job Iris, who was wonderful. The biggest surprise of the stay was when we returned from a day trip to find that someone had been in the house without our knowledge. We discovered this upon opening the refrigerator and finding food and beverages that did not belong to us! We were shocked and contacted the management company immediately. We will defer to the management company to explain this intrusion. Despite the hiccups, which we are unaccustomed with past VRBO rentals, we did have a nice time while staying at the property hence our 4-star rating.

Great house in a great location

We just returned from a great week at Villa Camelot. With three boys (16, 15, 12), it was the perfect amount of space for us and the house was in great condition. We really enjoyed the heated pool, the well-supplied kitchen (including an awesome juicer for making fresh OJ, etc.) and the beds were very comfortable. The park across the street offers both tennis and pickleball, and the house is in a great part of town close to shopping and restaurants. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful stay & location!

The listing was as exactly as described & fit our family of five very comfortably. All amenities like beach towels & toys, pool floats, bikes, coolers, etc. available for use. The location was very convenient to everything needed including easy access to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. The park across the street was an added bonus & the pool was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this listing - thanks for a great stay!

Nice getaway

Perfect place to get away. The private pool was great. We rented a boat and used the dock out back. The park is literally across the street and only about 5 minutes drive to Publix. The beds were super comfy and lots of seating outside to enjoy dinner. Downside- Master doesn’t have great blackout curtains and needs a better shower head and the couch is not comfortable. I would stay here again in the future.

Great house, great location

House itself is great. Some noise in the master bedroom (answer from owner that this is normal). For me very hard to sleep.
