Was spoke to as if I was not a human no one should ever speak to anyone the way that the woman at the quality Inn in Bremen Georgia spoke to me. It was disgusting.

Dirty room

The management was nice, but our room was nasty. The beds were dirty... the sheets and comforters were dirty and covered in dog hair. The floors were nasty and had not been vacuumed or cleaned. I would not stay here again.

Give me my deposit back!

We stayed on Valentine’s Day. They made us pay a deposit on the room of 100 dollars when we checked in. After waiting two weeks for my deposit back I called and spoke to a woman who wasn’t sure why I haven’t received it back yet and took my info for her general manager who wasn’t there yet. I was supposed to receive a call back and did not. I waited yet another week and called yesterday to ask what was going on and the person I spoke to sounded impatient and told me who I needed to speak to wasn’t there and I would have to call back in a few hours. It shouldn’t be this hard! All I want is my money back!! If I don’t receive a phone call by the end of the week telling me that I will be getting my money back I will take this higher. We left the room in the same condition that we entered it with no damages or mess.

Since the last review I gave. The staff has improved. I have been service like I had expected. Floors are being vacuum and trash is being taken out. I’m not sure on the changing bed sheets. I believe it’s every 3 days. If that’s true i haven’t received that. If I need anything property manager, Oma has told me to contact her personally and she will take care of it

The place was in pretty rough shape. Most of our bed linens had holes and stains. If you're traveling with a baby bring your own crib or pack and play the property doesn't have anything. The room was moderately clean but could have used a deep cleaning. The breakfast offered was extremely limited compared to every other place I've stayed. All in all I would find somewhere else to stay
