I had booked a room with a King Size bed and sofa bed as I was travelling with my wife and adult daughter. The room we were given was had only a King size bed. I contacted the front desk and was offered a trundle bed. That would not do for my adult daughter. I was offered another room that did have a King size bed and sofa bed which matched my needs. However this room was adjacent to the building HVAC unit which would start up about every 30 minutes. It was hard to sleep at times and probably would have been better if it was left on all the time. Perhaps if I was told about this I may have looked at other options. Also the water pressure of the shower made it almost unusable. Basically just a trickle at times even with adjusting the shower head.
