Cleanliness is not their priority.

We didn’t even get the room that we booked. We paid for a suite and they gave us a regular room and never refunded any money back and the room was absolutely disgusting. The hotel is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are the most nastiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life and it was so uncomfortable being there I wanted to just leave.

Property is in disrepair. Tears in carpet. Bathtub felt like it was going to fall through floor. Drunk people in parking lot with blood all over. Very scary.

Dirty and outdated

They updated the exterior of the hotel so it looks good from outside, but not the rooms. Ours had torn and disgusting dirty carpet. Bathroom fixtures were rusted. The toilet was not in great shape. The room smelled musty. The owner is milking his cash cow.
