Convenient location if you plan to use bus terminal. Nearby SM mall is good bonus. Hotel is no bad, but lifts take ages to come and rooms are not at their best condition. However for this price, no complains.

There is no face and hand towel in the bathrooms. TV is not working. We called the front desk and can’t do anything about it as it is not working both tv in two rooms not working. Breakfast Buffet is ok.

Window dirty , water pressure is not so bad as it is in the Philippines, location is not too as bad as our last stay. However breakfast is not as much as other choices , more likely Philippine foods only

Great value. This property is right across a shopping mall. There’s 711 next to the hotel entrance. There’s also a restaurant inside the property that provided the free breakfast. Staff were welcoming.
