I arrived to the location and outside you see it obviously renovating with building material cordoned off in the parking lot. I arrived early and requested early check in and paid a extra$25. But the room was unsanitary and dirty. We used several Lysol wipes on several surfaces, phone, microwave, refrigerator etc ..all were filthy. Spoke to the owner who was rude and did not care to even see our issues. He offered another room worse than ours , so we were forced to leave and purchase another room elsewhere. He could care less about the unsanitary conditions because he had my non refundable deposit. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I have pictures of the room and wipes if needed.

The check in was good and the girl who checked us in was so nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and bed comfortable. The only issue was that the sound proofing is not what it could be because the people in the room next to us could be heard and their television as well. It was annoying to hear it until 2:30 in the morning and the air unit made a loud screeching noise every time it shut off. It sounded like a creeping door being opened. I know these seem like petty issues but while the room was clean and affordable the noise level was, for me, an issue.

The hotel was located right by the highway, and the noise from the traffic was extremely loud - it made it hard to sleep.

The window in the room was falling out and had been tapped with packing tape to hold it in place. When the wind would blow the window would come out. When I asked for another room the sent me to a room that had not been cleaned. Never have to worry about me staying at this hotel!! Comfort Inn, I don't think so!

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds for 4 people through a third party app. The payment had been taken after the reservation was made, even though the website stated that the payment was only to be taken once we checked in. When I arrived to the hotel, the hostess said that the room I reserved was given to a party of 16 people and the only room they had available contained 2 double beds (full size beds). The hostess also told me that they had one cleaner that day and not all the non-smoke rooms were cleaned. I waited for about 20 to 30 minutes before a room was assigned to me and my party. I never did recieve the room I reserved. The hostess offered the room with 2 full size beds and a sofa sleeper (which is a twin size matress). The sofa bed was not even worthy to be slept on - the springs in the matress were bare that you would need at least a 6 inch deep mattress topper to cushion it. The qaulity of sleep me and my party had was poor. I would not recommend this inn to anyone who expects their reservations be honored and not given away to another party.

Front desk personnel very friendly and professional. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Coffee and breakfast were good. Yes, I85 was noisy but we expected that after looking at the map so we used the white noise on the phone and it was fine. The location had a lot of food choices and we could get where we wanted to go quickly without interstate.

I was very disappointed,the room wasnt all bad,however the servive was terrible. We were trying to get into the pool and couldn't,i went to the desk and the lady was on the phone,she did not acknowledge me. I said i cant get the door opened,she still didn't say anything. She toom a key and went to the door and just opened it while on the phone. There was no room service/cleaning,noone cane to get trash or clean. We then asked for towels and she had an attitude and was like how mamy people are in there.

Found a tick on pillow Couldn’t find a luggage kart at 10:30 at night for 5 people, 2 ice coolers Pool was so nasty! Had a film on top of it! Breakfast was awful! Old bread, eggs cold, sausage cold.. and the pull out bed had STAINS on the cover and matress! The water spouts in the tub broken! Dripped all night- and gross brown water!
