The property is located within a short walk to the Magnificent Mile, restaurants, the north side of the river, Target, AMC theaters, Walgreens, Northwestern Medicine and the bus line. They have figured out convenience. The property was as beautiful as it was immaculate. The rooms were spacious with a fantastic shower and amazing shampoo, conditioner and lotion! I’ve even looked into buying it for my home. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable! The food was plentiful with more options than I thought possible. Even more impressive was the breakfast staff who kept the tables clean and the food available, hot and fresh. The hosts took a special interest in knowing the guests, and I know this first hand. My birthday fell during our stay, and the breakfast staff had a table waiting for my family and presented a birthday brownie with the words “Happy Birthday” written in chocolate sauce! Unfortunately, I had unexpectedly been hospitalized for emergency surgery so I missed the opportunity to experience their grand gesture, but the first morning I walked into breakfast after being discharged from the hospital, the host having never see me, asked if my family had given me the brownie. l was blown away! Will I stay again? Without any hesitation!!! Excellent choice!!

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean. Huge breakfast selection. Great room. Absolutely no complaints.

Do not stay here. Here are some highlights. #1 checked in and could not get in our room because the door scan didn't work. Sat with my kids for 30 minutes on a dirty hallway floor waiting for maintenance to replace a door battery. #2 1 towel, 1/2 roll of toilet paper in newly cleaned room #3 Duct tape on the refrigerator door #4 Broken cabinet door laying on the kitchen counter #6 Broken dresser drawer in the bedroom #7 couch cushion heavily stained #8 AC vent covered with dust #9 microwave open/close button jammed #10 no plastic bag liner in the kitchen trash can #11 multi-floor parking garage does not have an elevator at all. You cannot push a luggage cart up the ramps. #12 parking garage stairs smell like pee and have homeless people sleeping in one section. #13 Complained to front desk and they refused to credit our stay because "we used a third party company (Hotels.com) to purchase the room. I paid $1,000 for 3 days at the terrible hotel. If you decide to stay, at least stay away from room 1303.

Spent three nights with husband and teenage son over spring break. Young man who checked us in was not friendly, did not mention happy hour, or breakfast. He did not give us any information except room number. Breakfast staff was nice and polite. Recommend getting to breakfast early or there will be no seats available. Rooms were nice. Bed and bedding was wonderful. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Wish bathroom had exhaust vent. Location was very walkable. A lot of restaurants and stores close. Would highly recommend for families as my son was able to have his own space in suite. Would stay again. One more thing…parking was $80. But that was because of 3 different taxes the city imposed.
