This was the best Hilton stay I've ever had. I was recognized for Honors status and taken very good care of. Just wish my neighbors weren't so inconsiderate but this was the hotels fault.

She not only corrected any billing issues promptly but also made sure that I had all the towels, directions, and Hilton Honors Gold benefits I needed during my stay. The rooms at the hotel were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The hotel itself was spotless, reflecting a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, I was delighted to find ample parking available, making it convenient for guests. One thing that stood out to me was that the hotel had recently undergone renovations, giving it a fresh and modern look. The lighter color combinations used in the design created a sense of spaciousness, making the stay even more enjoyable. I can confidently say that I will be returning to this Hilton property whenever I am in Charlotte, and I will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends, family, and business partners.
