She not only corrected any billing issues promptly but also made sure that I had all the towels, directions, and Hilton Honors Gold benefits I needed during my stay. The rooms at the hotel were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The hotel itself was spotless, reflecting a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, I was delighted to find ample parking available, making it convenient for guests. One thing that stood out to me was that the hotel had recently undergone renovations, giving it a fresh and modern look. The lighter color combinations used in the design created a sense of spaciousness, making the stay even more enjoyable. I can confidently say that I will be returning to this Hilton property whenever I am in Charlotte, and I will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends, family, and business partners. It was excellent had a renovated fkoor and room. Only thing was they couldve replaced the sink stopper. Was very old and moldy. Also ph didnt work.

Great bar & restaurant! Room was nice——love that all the linens felt new——sheets were thick & not limp. Towels were plush & bright white. Pillows were all consistent & firm
