Very clean rooms, very quiet. I would like to know what the red switch is on the outside of the wardrobe? Does it taje you to Narnia? Huge spread for breakfast, though I only ate the oatmeal, my daughter enjoyed the food. The staff who works there are very attentive and keep everything very clean. The gentleman at the desk when i checked in on the 5th gave us the first room off the hallway on the first floor. I went back to speak to him about the poor room choice when it was quite obvious they had plenty of vacancies. He accommodated my request and gave us a quiet room at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor.

Well, the man at the desk gave us room 102, the first room from the check in desk. There are only a handful of cars in the parking lot which made no sense. I went back to the desk and asked for a room on the third floor far from the elevator which he accommodated

I rented a hotel with pool for my granddaughters birthday present. I was told it was a heated pool. The pool was NOT heated. The room was freezing as well. The pool was closed on Saturday, our only full day there. We tried again Sunday and the pool was even colder. Our room door would not work to let is back in so they had to put some sort of charger on it overnight to get it to work. The breakfast is okay. Nothing special. The juice machine was also broken. The room was fine. Clean, warm but the tvs are not smart so you cannot stream. Not very many channels on cable. I'll skip over Holiday Inns in the future. Not impressed 😕

We had to check out a day early due to a travel alert for an upcoming winter storm. We tried to ask the hotel for a refund and they said we needed to talk to you. Then you said there was nothing you could do. Then holiday inn Express said you had the money and could give us the refund. I am out the money that neither of you earned while you point fingers at each other. Hope you enjoy the money you did not earn. I will never use your companies again.

This hotel is OK.It could be better. We stayed here a yearvor more ago changes since then. Stains on the hallway carpwt made me look closelyvat the room before settling in. Basically clean, some dust noted on the fllors. Shhets clean. Pillows like rocks. Biggest complaint was the noise from the heater. ; the fan cycles off and on all night.

I gave it 2 stars simply because of the guests that were next door and the lack of parking. There was no parking both nights, it was full on both sides and we had to park in the parking lot at the hotel next to this one and walk. The guests next door were super loud, yelling, screaming, playing in the hallways and slamming doors late into the night. We heard them clearly both nights. It was really frustrating because we came all the way from NJ for a graduation and we couldn't even get proper rest. Additionally, the hotel room was clean and had everything you needed. The noise from adjoining rooms is my biggest complaint.
