Great location & services!

Love this hotel! Great views, great location and friendly staff.

Overall this property is lovely. The public areas are plentiful and feel luxuriously hip and comfortable. Though compact, the gym was great, lots of equipment in a very shareable space. Everything was clean and comfortable in the room. My room was at the end of the building above the metro track, so a little noisy when the rail came by. I was surprised by the daily surcharge for gym, water, and daily $10 credit for bar or snack use, the surcharge wasn’t revealed until after I booked and paid. Didn’t even use my $10 daily credit. Would have liked to participate in the daily tea-time with scones; but was always out during that 2-4pm timeframe. I would definitely return due to the hotel style and staff.

Very accessible to dining and tourist attractions via public transportation, I really didn’t need a car. Full breakfast with made to order and healthy options available

We always stay at The Congress and love it! It is clean, affordable, beautiful old building and the staff is always so nice! Our favorite hotel in the city!!
