double billed

Front desk had difficulty locating my reservation even after I supplied my itinerary number. I asked to have a receipt sent to my email when I checked out and never received it. Received my credit card statement and I was double billed, once by hotels.com and then when I checked out by Hampton Inn. I am currently attempting to get the second charge removed. We were surprised by the amount of road noise that can be heard inside our room. The carpet in the room is heavily stained but everything else in the room was very clean.
