We just stayed one night to visit a relative at UPMC so did not use any amenities. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly

I cannot even being to explain just how friendly the staff are. The staff working the buffet were SO pleasant, coming around with huge smiles to make small talk and emphasize that if you need anything at all to let them know. The complimentary breakfast, dinner, and the drink coupons (one free, two for $1 each) were awesome each day at happy hour. The room was clean and quiet and the staff held our luggage after checkout until our conference was done for the day. Would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely pissed and irate about the parking. Sign says self park one low price or valet very highly priced But they refused to allow self park. Just bs!! Otherwise 100% perfect but we’ll never go back for that reason.

Small room, breakfast not included, lots of noise could be heard between rooms, no microwave, difficult to use phone, 1 chair in the entire room
