Room type issue

Requested and paid for handicapped room. When we arrived it was not available. Manager gave us an adjoining room at no extra charge as we needed 2 beds. He went out of his way to keep us happy.

The main issue was that the hot tub in the pool area was broken, which was a major factor in my family booking our stay at this hotel. It was not communicated and/or posted online that it was broken.
