Deplorable conditions

I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to stay here, from start to finish the service and condition of the hotel was deplorable. I was treated so rudely and treated then I wanted a moment to think about staying there, I was pushed out of the room by the front desk clerk and then when I decided, she told me the room was gone and not available, I didn’t even get a chance to stay here but from I did see, I wouldn’t recommend it. Shame on me for not doing the proper research. It was only given a 2.2 star rating

Rude staff, arrived just at 3pm for check-In and was told no I couldn’t check in as it was shift change: I apologized and stepped outside for a moment; went back in and they had closed the window; but continued to talk to each other. About 10 after 3 I was able to check in, went to check out the room. It was nice and spacious for the price and good amenities for the price, however there were 3 roaches within 30 seconds that I noticed 1 one door, 1 on counter; 1 more on floor on way out. I was kind of scared to do more looking before returning with some roach spray. Overall 4/10.

I wish I cause add a video but the amount of roaches we seen coming back to the room made us have to find somewhere to stay same night just don’t waste your time it was people coming down sayin some fell on them from the ceiling and nothing was done. That’s them roaches hotel yall just stayin
