So glad we booked our last night through Singapore here! The hotel and staff were amazing! We got in late, were upgraded, and the staff quickly responded to a few last minute needs! Paid extra for the breakfast, and it was fantastic!

The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us.

Convenient but the room so small when I asked for 2 bedroom and gave me bunk bed. The door to the shower kinda uncomfortable. For those price its too much

Location is in the centre of the city.

Very clean and spacious room. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
