I booked this room after driving all afternoon for me and my kids to stop and get some rest while driving to beach for vacation. Upon arrival they said the room I booked was not available. I needed 2 beds. They did tell me they could put me in a room with a pull out couch. The air conditioner in room was broken and the sofa bed was also broken. I informed them of this and they gave me another sofa room. The bed in that room was so horrible the springs were sticking up and there was no bedding available to put on the bed. My kids and I went downstairs and requested a refund and were leaving to find a different place to stay. The staff informed me there is a 24 hour cancellation policy, but he would talk to manager the next day and try. I still have not often a refund.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and made you feel very welcome. The room was a little run down. A carpet-like border that was supposed to be glued to the wall was on the floor by the desk. There was paint missing on spots on the walls, and something (maybe a picture or mirror?) missing off a wall. Still, the room served its purpose for an overnight stay.

My room for sure have not been cleaned atleast for last 10 days. Too much dust and wear n tear. Lot of fruit flies inside the room. Would never recommend this hotel.

Carpet was stained near fridge and there was brown mildew or something on shower wall. Asked the front desk to have housekeeping clean it but after having our room serviced, it was exactly the same! Was told the wrong hours for breakfast when we checked in so missed breakfast one day. The indoor pool was not heated so very cold and the hot tub wasn't working either! None of the gym equipment worked either. Very disappointed that we weren’t able to swim, use the hot tub, or the gym during our 4 day stay. The staff were nice though.

The rooms are extremely outdated and in serious need of renovation. When I checked in, the first room I was given was in poor condition—stained carpet, a strong unpleasant odor, stains on the lampshade, broken bathroom tiles, and a broken door hook. I requested a room change, and while the front desk clerk was kind and accommodating, the second room, though slightly better, was still outdated and had a lingering odor & the carpet extremely dirty & in need of a deep cleaning. While the staff were courteous, I would not recommend staying at this hotel until it has been properly renovated.

The staff was great, however our room was terrible. The air conditioner looked like it had not been cleaned since the hotel opened. There was a live roach crawling on the air conditioner. There were no nobs on the air conditioner to know how to control temperature. It was extremely hot in room and had a bad smell when first arrived. Curtains, bed, and floor were all stained and in bad condition. There was duct tape along entire base of shower to cover where it meets tile floor. Unknown brown glob of something on bathroom sink handle. The only thing that looked clean was the actual sheets and the towels. The bed spread was also stained.

Nothing to show how to control temp.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had trouble with the office chair and they switched it from another room. The manager came up to fix the chair that was not working properly with in an hour of the chair switch. Room was clean - property is showing it age and could use some updating. Not entirely a reason to bypass this property. Breakfast was the usual.

The toilet in my room and on the first floor public restroom had difficulty flushing all waste on the first, and second flushes. The carpet in my room needed vacuuming under the edges of the bed and under the air conditioner. The staff members were very friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was good.

My stay was for 7 days I hated it.. out of 7 days my bed was changed 1 time my trash empty 2 times and we had to ask for towels 5 days out of 7 The room had a lot of rust on lamps, microwave and fridge..the bathroom was ok.. the room had an odd smell so I went got fresher from Walmart.. I were very disappointed with my stay.. we was told that if we cancelled our other stay we wouldn’t get refunded so we was stuck here for 7 days.. just need to do better

So very disappointed in our stay The hotel itself was very very dirty There was mold in our shower The refrigerator had rust inside and out The pillows smelled like sweat just very disappointed. I do have pictures to prove it I would like to get refunded for this I will never ever stay there again
