When we first came into the building there was no staff behind the counter. She was sitting on a couch playing on her phone. We stood at the counter for a minute before she came over. She was preoccupied by the lady who came in behind us thinking she was someone from TikTok or facebook. She was too busy to actually help us properly because she was talking to the other staff about the lady. She never informed us where our room was, where the elevators were, what time breakfast was or anything. When we got into the room, the lounger had stains on it and the flooring had stains on it, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain properly and some of the plug-ins for electronics didn’t work. When we left this morning, the staff was very friendly and told us to have a safe trip. The good thing about the room is that the bed slept well.

Check-in was easy and the property was clean. Our room was updated; however the A/C unit was old and made loud noises which woke me up. Breakfast was good, with choices. The coffee was excellent
