The woman working the front desk was very kind and helpful. She gave recommendations for good local businesses and sights to see. The room was up-to-date, cozy, and had all the amenities you could need. There is a wonderful cafe in the hotel that offers delicious room service. The yurt was warm and cozy in the cold winter day. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

I'll stay again and again.

Not only was the staff super friendly, the room was fashionably decorated and super clean. I felt right at home! I stayed in winter so didn't get to experience the outdoor bristol but would love to some other time. The Yurt is a nice and fun touch!
