This hotel is gross and dirty. It’s an old Fairfield that just needs to be torn down. Bathroom was disgusting and had no hairdryer. I thought it was a completely different hotel when I booked it. Avoid at all costs!

Room was very clean. Beds/bedding were soft and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a nice selection, should be something for everyone. Multiple restaurant choices within a mile or so. Enjoyed our evening, would stay again.

Stayed at this hotel recently — overall, it’s clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the experience was seriously let down by the front desk manager, Katie. She seemed completely out of it — slow to respond, confused by basic requests, and generally unhelpful. On top of that, she was clearly sick and still working, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. For a place that presents itself as a quality hotel, this kind of staff performance is disappointing. Management really needs to step in and raise the standards. A great stay can easily be ruined by poor service at the front desk.

Hotel is old. Smelled like old dog and Marijuana. Shades/ curtains are completely see through and we are on bottom floor. Holes in the ceiling. No updates. Bathtub has dirty areas. Bed was comfortable.

It was adequate. Room had an odor and the windows do not open for fresh air. Air conditioer was a bit loud.We saw a pair of dirty socks, one was behind the chair and the other poking out from under the bed.Breakfast was adequate and staff was as well. Not really welcoming.The pool was open. The hot tub was not open either in the evening or the next morning. We will choose another place to stay next time.

The room was not ready till after 9 PM. When a call was made to speak with management to see if there could be a resolution was told that this is not a seven star hotel and need to understand that they were short staffed.
