The desk person was good. The room is awful. Will not come back . This is our second stay. Was not good then either. Should have learned the first time..took pictures of the dirt in different places, and the grab bar was missing in the bathtub both times. Dangerous...thermostat not working properly. Very run down place. Not looking forward to what the breakfast will bring. Bed worn out.

The Breakfast was great. Hot eggs and Sausages and a mini blueberry muffin. Only surprise was that the heater was turned off and we had to figure out how to turn it on i9n the middle of the night.

Hotel was clean, reception was polite, bathtub needs to be updated. It was very disturbing when the tv went to the original tv input and someone had to come change it back because room remote goes to the dish satellite. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, restaurants, mall and nearby park.

We have used this facility a few times. We like that it is pet friendly and easy to get to. Breakfast appears to be good if you are going to sit down and eat but we are always just grabbing something on the go. Would have liked a banana. Staff is always polite.

Room had several maintenance issues. The microwave was broken, a drawer wouldn’t stay closed, and wall defects needed repair.
