Pet fee unadvertised $75. Justified by clerk saying he paid $100 elsewhere. So what? We never paid more than $25 elsewhere. WiFi would not come on through advertised means. Would not place me in a room closer to the lobby but parking lot was near empty.

My only complaint is that the tub drained very slowly so I was standing in 3 inches of water at the end of my shower. Staff was friendly, breakfast was better than average. Room was clean.

Great Stay - Would recommend

The room was clean, staff were extremely friendly. Housekeeping were wonderful! The breakfast was good with a good variety - eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker with a choice of batter, then your basics. It is definitely outdated, but kept up. They were painting the outside while we were there, so they do care about appearance. The location was good. You will have highway noise because it’s literally right off the freeway (we could see it from our room). Lots of food and shopping options around. The 256 Pickerington area is a safe area. We were there for a week and the staff started to know us. When we arrived they had left a rubber ducky in the bathroom as they knew we were traveling with a toddler. LO thought that was cool. My only complaints were the bed was rock hard and there wasn’t adequate counter space on the bedroom (no dresser). This will be our new go to when visiting.

Our room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issues were with other guests talking loudly in hallway at 5:15am and guests letting their doors slam shut. Wish the hotel would put soft closures on the doors. We would still book another stay at this hotel.
