Don’t Miss This Hotel

Bedding and bathroom were very clean. There was a dirty area near the AC vent that looked unsightly. Other than that it was great. Room had view of the river. Walking distance to downtown and Riverwalk.

The Hotel is maintained very well with a modern look. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel overall was peaceful. We had a room with a view of the riverwalk, just wish the weather was better to explore outside.

Hotel Indigo No No

Horrible experience. Had to change rooms 3 times. 1st room had 1 bed..booked 2 beds. Second room was a handicap accessible room that looked like we were in a dungeon and the mattresses were almost on the floor. The third room was ok but it wasn’t a river view and didn’t have a couch. The person working at the desk kept blaming our mishaps on hotels.com and he was very rude. He said moving forward we shouldn’t book through you all because you’re a third party and you all always mess up people’s rooms. Our first stay at this hotel was great but this time it was horrible and we will NOT stay there again.
