Excellent Service

Went for a Army Graduation at Ft. Moore. After a 16 hour drive and we had finally got to the Hotel late at 1am I was exhausted. Once we arrived Nikki was Extremely helpful and super nice. Best customer service I've ever experienced and was quick about getting us checked in and into our room. OMG the Bed was Super comfortable to the point I didn't want to leave lol. Great Breakfast. Great Neighborhood also. If i could I'd leave 1Million star review. Definitely will be back in the future.

Nice stay.

All the important things like great pillows, plenty of covers, great mattress, hot water, good water pressure were great. Breakfast was a bust. No pancake mix. Waiting for delivery. Employees Msrcus and Felcia spook to me, told me their names and incisted that i let them know if we needed anything. Great location near Ft. BENNING.

The first room they put us in smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. They did move us across the hall. That room was better, but there was still a smell I didn’t like. The hallway smelled as well. It just didn’t give me that clean feeling. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was clean. The rooms are in desperate need of a remodel...at least new carpet and paint. The bathroom ceiling in my room had peeling paint in many places. The elevators were dirty as was the hallway carpet. One of the hallway trash cans was overflowing, too.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every team member I encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The level of service was exceptional. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at coming from a upper class Miami girl. If you are visiting for military or needing somewhere last minute to stay then come to this hotel. The people are amazing, Ms. Phoenix and James are awesome and southern hospitality at core with their service. The rates are amazing too, please book here you won’t regret it.
