First time at this property. Asked for a king room that was not rented to animals and was very pleased with cleanliness and all aspects of my room. I will a little concerned about required damage deposit, but that was not charged to my room after checkout, so I will definitely stay again and recommend.

Enjoyed my stay will stay again

Due to it being offseason there wasn't as many staff there so it took a while to get checked in. Overall experience was pretty good continental breakfast was as expected but tasted nice. The room was a great size especially when traveling with a child. I was a little sad to pull was closed but I was traveling during off season.

The hotel was cool but Sonesta takes FOREVER to return the $100 incidental fee. I just checked out today but the Royal Sonesta is Chicago took 40 days. Overall the hotel was comfortable while I was visiting town to bury my father.
