Clean room and helpful staff

I liked this place for the looks and feel. The parking was expensive and crammed and the location was ok.

The property is old and smells as such and parking can be terrible, especially in the evening.

At check in I was told to show my payment receipt to the attendant so I can exit after my cruise ended. There is no attendant - completely automated. Myself and several other people had to go through waiting in line at the check in desk to get a fake room key to get our cars out. Frustrating and easily preventable if you have a human attendant in the lot when ships come in to port.

I’ve stayed at resorts all over the world. This was the nicest resort by far. Everything about it is fantastic. Service was exceptional, great location, good food, and lots to do. Can’t wait to go back
